Where do I start!!!!!! First of all this is what you call first class service, they not only listen to your concerns, they also explain what they are going to do and how they will fix it. Brought in my daughters Volvo with over heating issue, fixed in 1 1/2 days, had a separate totally unrelated issue that cam up about 1 month later. Got the car to them and they were on top of it, this was a tricky electrical issue, however they figured it out and got it fixed for a great price. Highly recommend this mechanic shop for your import repairs, they also sell cars which is nice. If you are going to buy a used care might as well be from a great mechanic shop that far surpasses the expectations that I had. They have gained a customer in me for my vehicles. Can't recommend them enough. Highly professional, speak to you in a manner that makes sure you understand what is being done, while ensuring the repairs are done in a timely manner. If you need your import worked on or fixed then you must go here, no questions asked.

I had a great experience at Floyd Imports. They looked over my car in a timely manner and kept everything moving efficiently, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and easy to work with. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

I don't usually write reviews (except for really bad places!), but Floyd Imports is too good to pass up. They are honest, which is rare these days. Their prices are good as well - no matter what you can compare them to - I can't even tell you the number of times I've taken my car in to have them look at something, maybe fill the tires up, top off the oil, check some noise, or any number of things in which they took care of it at no charge. Recently I took in my car with tons of problems, and the estimate comes back rather long and large, and they said, "You know, if it were my car, I would just do X and not Y. The mileage on your car is high, and this isn't a safety issue, so you can save yourself some money if you would like." Compare that to Valvoline (see my review there!), where they're always trying to get you to do all these extras that cost an arm and a leg and don't do anything anyway, and when you have a warranty issue, they don't take care of you. Not at Floyd Imports! Floyd Imports takes care of you. And to top it all off - they're nice!

My Subaru broke down on a road trip and sat at a local Subaru dealership for a week before they told me, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, that they couldn't get the parts or fix it. Floyd's had the parts in 3 days and fixed 2 days after that. Josh is a great guy and will definitely do all he can to take care of you. I'm wish I didn't live 400 miles away or I'd take my car there for all repairs. 👍🏻

As if exceptional experience, professionalism, and service weren’t enough, now they have brought detailing into their offering. Love the peace of mind, knowing my truck is working properly with my wife and kids in it, but I have to say my truck hasn’t been this clean since I drove it off the dealership lot seven years ago. Will be back again and again. Nicely done, Floyd imports!
